Inter-Base hockey competition of BAF ends

The closing and prize distribution ceremony of Inter-Base Hockey Competition-2024 of Bangladesh Air Force (BAF) was held at Hockey ground of BAF's Base in city's Kurmitola area today.

Bangladesh Air Force Base Kurmitola team clinched the title by defeating Bangladesh Air Force Base Zahurul Haque team by 1-0 goal in the final match, an ISPR press release said.

Assistant Chief of Air Staff (Admin) Air Vice Marshal Rushad Din Asad witnessed the final match as the Chief Guest, distributed prizes among the Champion and Runner-Up teams.

Air Officer Commanding, Senior BAF officers, airmen and other members of the host Base were present on the occasion.

Air Officer Commanding of BAF Base Kurmitola Air Commodore Md Mostafa Mahmood Siddiq inaugurated the competition on October 6, 2024.

Six teams of Bangladesh Air Force participated in this five day long competition.
